Research Services

The Laboratory is committed to supporting research approved by Providence Health Care. If your research requires support from the Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine (e.g., specimen collection and processing, blood testing, lab data, etc) please follow the steps below:

Study protocol or short summary

Lab manual or pertinent lab procedures (if available)

Ethics certificate, or number of pending ethics application

Medical Accreditation

St. Paul's Hospital and Mount St Joseph Hospital pathology and laboratory medicine services are accredited by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia's Diagnostic Accreditation Program (DAP). Accreditation certificates can be dowloaded below.
